Boat Races

My brother races at the Douglas County Speedway in Roseburg Oregon.  We had the priveledge of going a few weeks ago and loved it.  It was the first time my girls had been to the races in real life, and they had a blast.  We always tell the girls that TV is not real.  We were driving to the races and Emmy got super excited and said “Races are real” in the cutest voice.

Wow.  Since December I feel like my life has been on autopilot.  I am finally getting back to my real life.

Since December, I had gallbladder surgery, an allergic reaction to the adhesive used on the surgery sites, a skin infection at the reaction sites, large ovarian cysts on both sides, fluid behind both ears that made me extremely dizzy, an ear infection, and a sinus infection.  I am finally starting to feel better. Woo hoo.

This Saturday was Hope’s last basketball game for the season.  She will start again in September.  Emily is excited that she will get to start also.  I can’t believe it’s almost time for Emmy to start kindergarten.

We spent a few days at the beach last week while I was on a work trip.  J and the girls came with me and we got to spend some fun time together when I was not working.  We had a great time.

Hope hate’s it when I talk with my hands.

Check out those dirty toes.
